    To Flavius Lupus, of clarissimus rank, manager ( peraequator ) by imperial decision of the land tax ( census glebalis ) for the surrounding of cities with walls in Pannonia Secunda, curator of Narnia, censor … of the city… overseer of imperial properties in the provinces of Valeria, Picenum and Campania, ambassador sent by the senate to our lords most unconquered on account of land tax carried [recently] collected, most outstanding governor ( praeses ) with jurisdiction in capital sentences, worthy patron; the councillors of Teanum, on account of his remarkable services in protection and generosity.
