    Caius Iulius Hermes gave [this] to his freedmen and freedwomen, and to their descendants, under the condition that nobody will try to alienate any part of this estate and the buildings [thereon] from the name [of the donor], under the pretext of a donation, except to the person of his children or freedmen; otherwise he will be made to pay the [usual] fine for violating a grave.
