Ubi Erat Lupa 11522 Ubi Erat Lupa 11522

This is an official inscription (statue base), dedicated by a tribunus laticlavus of the 13th Gemina legion, in Apulum (Alba Iulia, Romania). The monument was dedicated for Caracalla’s health (thus being part of the most official group of dedication), on the day of the Emperor’s anniversary (4th of April). The dedication can also be connected with the Caracalla’s supposed visit in Dacia from 213.
