Anatolius Anatolius Anatolius Anatolius Anatolius

This monument from Sparta shows a striking contrast of scripts. It is a twice re-used base which has a late antique inscription, clumsy and sloping over an erased earlier one, and on the back face it has remnants of an early imperial inscription with very beautiful letters.
