Instructions for Submission

Contributions should be original and not submitted and/or published in other journals or conferences and will be reviewed and selected by the Program Committee.

Contributions include:

Full Papers  (Min 4 Pages/Max 12 pages) Note: Only full papers will be accepted for the peer review. Abstracts will be not considered.
Posters, projects and demos (Max. 500 words)
Panel proposals (title, description, panellists, 1 page)

All contributions should be in English (non-native speakers must have their work reviewed by a native Anglophone).

Submissions must be made via the workshop’s EasyChair Page. Please register first at EasyChair if you do not have an EasyChair account.

The conference proceedings will be published by Sapienza Università Editrice. They will have a CCBYNCND licence with open access, available shortly after the conference.

Reviewing

Please note that as reviewing will be double-blind, the papers should not include the authors’ names and affiliations or any references to websites, project names etc. revealing the authors’ identity. Furthermore, any self-reference should be avoided. For instance, instead of “We previously showed (Brown, 2001)…”, use citations such as “Brown previously showed (Brown, 2001)…”.

Each submitted contribution will be considered by two reviewers.

Deadlines: Midnight CEST (Central European Standard Time):

– Deadline for submission:  September 8, 2015 September 27, 2015

– Notification of acceptance: September 30, 2015 October 30, 2015

– Final version of paper, posters and panels: October 30, 2015 November 20, 2015

– Conference: January 27-28-29, 2016
